Disputes & refunds
Updated October 22, 2026
A dispute is how you get money back for a script that doesn't work or doesn't match its description. A moderator decides.
What can be disputed
- Only scripts: configs, CS2 Inventory loadouts included, aren't refundable — their contents are visible right after purchase.
- Only paid purchases. Grants and free items don't need disputes — tell the author in a review.
- Reasons: doesn't work, doesn't match the description, removed by the author.
Time limits
A dispute can be opened within 7 days of the last payment — a purchase or a renewal. One open dispute per order.
How a dispute goes
- Open it from My purchases or the item page: reason, description, up to 5 screenshots or logs.
- While the dispute is open you keep access, and the author's money for that purchase stays on hold.
- The author answers and can fix the problem. If it's solved, close the dispute yourself.
- If not, a moderator checks the version and your description and decides: a full refund, a partial one or a refusal. The conversation happens in support.
Refund
The money goes back to your site balance. A full refund closes access to the item, a partial one doesn't; the review stays either way. We don't refund to cards or wallets — balance money can be spent or withdrawn under the withdrawal rules.
Abuse
The moderator sees how much a buyer has bought and refunded before. False disputes break the market rules.
